This bagel place is awesome! So many options from bagels to sandwiches to muffins. We went on a Friday and it wasn’t too busy. Staff were friendly. Definitely recommend!

Idk why everyone says cafe fresh over this place. Been going here for decades and still the best bagels and the staff/ person I assume is the owner are always pleasant and welcoming. Try a BEC on a cinnamon glaze-trust me

Very pleased to have found this place. What a cool and friendly spot. Overnight stay in Needham for the first time, and needed some good food to-go before heading home at 7AM. Enjoyed the place so much I decided to stay-in for my breakfast sandwich. I think nearly every person that walked in was welcomed by name. Genuine interactions, happy customers, excellent service, and - a TOP tier - excellent bagel sandwich. Sausage egg and cheese on an everything, and it was one of the most enjoyable I've had anywhere. About $10 for a great breakfast, and just a really nice place to be for a half hour before getting on with the day. My heartfelt thanks to the employees, who run a wonderful and welcoming place. I've added this to my list of favorites, and will be back - without a doubt.

Nestled in the heart of our community is a a perfect local bagel and coffee shop. Freshly brewed coffee and warm bagels welcome patrons as they step inside. The owner and staff, with genuine smiles, create a friendly atmosphere that makes each visit feel like a warm embrace. This shop creates a sense of belonging and a meeting place for everyone who walks through the door. It's not just a place for a quick bite; it's a hub of community connection and camaraderie.

The bagels are truly fantastic. They’re very reminiscent of NY bagels which are hard to find here in Ma. People were friendly and the bagel selection was vast: even cheese, salt, chocolate chip, multigrain, etc. My one complaint is that the cafe has a broken elevator, so there is no accessible entrance. People volunteered to help me up and down the stairs. I just wish the elevator had been working.

On our morning travel today through Needham I stopped in Bagels Best for an Ice Coffee and a couple of Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches. 2 Toasted 5 Cheese Bagels 1 Bacon Egg and Cheddar Cheese 1 Sausage Egg and Cheddar Cheese . The Breakfast Sandwiches were Delicious and the Ice Coffee was Excellent. The Service was Great. The Staff were Friendly and Helpful. Definitely Recommend Bagels Best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What I love from a bagel place is when the bagels are handled by the employees only.. not behind a sneeze guard for people to use their sorry hands and get their own. This place might be busy, but the wait to order is not very long.. 10 minutes at most and then you can get your coffee as they give you a cup to put it yourself, sit down, inside or outside as they have tables outside too, and wait for your name to be called which again isn't long as they have 3 people preparing the food. Or even less waiting if you just order bagels to go as they just pack up what you want right after you pay. The coffee might be self serve, but it was good and the bagel was great, I haven't tried the gingerbread man in my photos which I just bought cause I really liked his ugly face. The only downside I see for this place is that there is no accessible entrance and they could invest in converting the rear entrance into a ramp.
